

Each monitored call manager or active Network Service Assurance device consumes a node license. NodesĪny SNMP-enabled device that you monitor counts toward your node count. Registered and unregistered phones after that number are not monitored. If you have more registered IP phones than licenses, only the latest registered phones, up to the number licensed, are monitored. Unregistered phones are disconnected and do not count toward your license. Registered phones are connected, take precedence over unregistered phones, and count toward your license. Phones can be registered or unregistered. IP phonesĪny active IP phone connected to your Cisco CallManager or Avaya Communications and Media Server when the network is polled counts toward your IP phone count.
